Missing parts...

Would Not Recommend

Arrived 4 FED EX days late. Was NOT packaged, just shipped in production container. Extensive scratches and all 4 missing mounting pads. Nuts missing from frame. Not usable.. going back. Don't choose this company. They don't know how to package to ship.

Very flimsy

Would Not Recommend

Got this thing installed on a Mr Cool 12k unit and it was very flimsy feeling, i upgraded the hardware to some heavy duty lag screws and increased the number of mounting bolts and it’s still pretty flimsy. I will probably get a floor mounted pad because this thing was really a let down
