Made a big batch of jerky in great time. Also, held a 3 lb bag of apple slices perfectly. Clean up was easy. Only con was finding a home for the unit. This is a big appliance, not a counter top model. Works wonderful.

After reading several reviews on several different dehydrators I purchased this one. So glad I did! There’s so much room to dry. So far I’ve made jerky and dried some herbs. The machine is not noisy at all. Drying time is actually faster than the old one I had. I like that it has a timer and a good range of temperature settings. So far it’s great!
