They look better than the v1 keypad have a motion and temp sensor. Look cool when the light up but all 3 I have had will work great for a time then start burning up their batteries for no known reason. The lights on some keys come on and stay on till the batteries are gone in a couple days. If you don’t notice it you get to buy 2 new 123 batteries that are not cheap at 5 or more bucks each. For this reason I cannot recommend. Left the old ones behind in my last home rather than bother with movin...
Don't Buy
Very disappointed in product. Be prepared to spend $150 annually for batteries.

Excellent Keypad that works with IRIS
I have 2 of these, one at each entry door. Perfect for turning on and off and partial. I was suprised as this has a motion sensor to determine the status of the alarm before you open the door.

Works great!
I have about 96 devices connected to one system with 4 V1 keypads and 1 V2 keypad. They all work great, but the V2 keypad looks better in my opinion. It has been connected for 7 1/2 months and I have replaced the batteries once. I wish I could find more V2 keypads, but they seem to be clearanced and not available near me or online.
Can work with SmartThings
I have one of these working with my SmartThings (ST) hub. I used some free ST community code to create a Device Type Handler (DTH) [required], the User Lock Manager (ULM) [required] program to translate keypad activity into ST actions and a specially modified version of the Smart Alarm app to handle my alarm setup. This keypad with work with the native SmartThings Home Monitor (SHM) if you only do the DTH and ULM. Unfortunately, SHM is not feature rich. For instance, it has no entrance delay and...
Good but can chew through batteries
The functionality of this keypad is great and I would give it 5 stars except for the fact it chews through batteries it seems.

No directions!!
I would like to write a detailed review, but it didn't come with any directions so I don't even know what the functions of the keypad are or how to set anything up. Seems like something that should be included I would think. Pretty frustrating
Sucks Battery Power Due to UnResolved Bug
I forked over $40 on this keypad only to find out that is drains batteries in about a week and a half with minimal use. I contacted Iris supported who responded with... "I do apologize about the battery usage in the Next Generation keypads. Iris is aware of this issue and is looking into it." Well, that was in June 2016. It is now December and I decided to try it again and still no luck. After 9 days of only using the keypad to arm and disarm my system once, the batteries were drained. Over...
