Warranty claims
I like this product but 32 days after I put it into service the electronic control system quit working. When I called to ask questions the agent was not surprised about my problem as if it is a common issue. The replacement was covered under warranty but took over a month to get the new one. I was not happy.

Great hot tub

It was easy to set up and has a nice cover when you’re not in use. E90 error already?
Just arrived last week and already giving the E90 error.. did some research and might be a cheap faulty pump.. unless i did something wrong? Followed the assembly instructions and shocked and sanitized the water.. Not sure why this is happening so soon..
