Poor support for late delivery and delivered to wrong address. Unit delivery 2 days late and then was delivered to NC vs where it was supposed to be in NH. Lowe’s delivery support team indicated I should cancel the order and then reorder… why turn the poor performance by Lowe’s and their logistics support suppliers into a “customer fix it” approach. Took two calls totaling 2.5 hours over 6+ Lowe’s support reps to fix it. Finally found a “Gem” in Toni for support (she was fantastic) to NOT let go...

Low noise when used

Performance, Safety, and Longevity!
I am 75 years old and have had two Insinkerator Cover Control units in the last 20 years. The current unit is 9 years old and still going strong but has suffered from our hard town water. A couple of cleanings with my new-found product from CLR keeps it happily whirring away! And it's still handling everything including chicken carcasses and runs so quietly my guests can't believe it.
