I might be using these wrong, but I have used many different types of wire strippers over the years. I'm using them with stranded wire, and even when I use a hole a size up, they still take several strands of wire off with the insulation. I'll gladly revise my review if someone can tell me what I might be doing wrong!
Light weight, very sharp, no goofy closed lock.
I had a pair of these once before and they last for a long time and done a great job. However like all wire strippers they eventually wore out and I had to replace them, so a friend of mine talked me into a different style which didn’t last anytime at all then I went to another style and brand, and they were junk so now I’m back to these and love them.
