great pliers, grips are terrible
the pliers themselves work fantastic, however the molded grip design is terrible. do not buy the comfort grip design, after 1 day of use they slip off. this must be a defect, it's happen with every type of pliers with this comfort grip, get the normal standard grip, that doesn't come off.
Good tool
I have really enjoyed using this tool. I have used them to strip wire, and even on small gauge wire, they work very well and are easy to control. I have also use them to cut small bolts. I noticed that the jaw was in perfect condition after cutting the bolts. The handles are long enough for leverage, and the odd curve is good for pulling nails.
Better than "profeessional" brands
I use high quality tools like Klein and Rigid. This cutters exceeded their standards at a more reasonable price.
Gotta Have A Pair
This pair of Diagonal Cutting Pliers is a must have tool to me. These Pliers are of good size and show no stress on the cutting blades after cutting #12-3 Electrical wire. I believe they could cut a smaller sized nail like up to a 6 penny size. But I would not use them if I needed something to cut larger nails. For smaller nails or copper wires, they are perfect. Ideal for removing old staples or prying out short and broken nails etc. The angled head helps you get closer cuts and the blades go...
