Not bad, but inaccurate thermostat

I bought this space heater to heat the small bedroom my hedgehog’s cage was in. It wasn’t a terrible space heater, but I found the thermostat reading to be a bit inaccurate. It always said the temperature of the room was three to four degrees hotter than it actually was. In addition, whatever temperature you set it at, it would only commence heating when it fell two degrees below that temperature, and then switch off when it rose two degrees above that temperature.
