not working after only 13 months
I bought 8 units 11/24 and 4 of are not working after only 1 month after the warranty expired, I’m hoping the manufacturer can help with a solution I can’t afford to replace them
Perfect product at a fantastic price
Super easy instructions and took less than 2 minutes to install. Backlit LCD screen is very nice for not having to turn on a light to see what the temperature is. It operates perfectly

Easy install for electric heat only
easy install, haven't programed yet. I had to go back for a programable that was for electric heat only with 2 wires. There are minimal choices for the option to program with baseboard. I had the same one for 10+ years that got fried during a power outage. Reading other reviews I was a bit worried to purchase this one again, but as I said not many options for wat I needed. This was affordable, the other not so much.

Works then burns out
I have these installed in all three bedrooms in which each thermostat controls a single cadet wall fan heaters at 1000w and 1500w both at 120v. Each thermostat is on its own 15amp breaker with 12/2 wire. The thermostat in my master bedroom kept the fan heater running constantly over the last couple days with a minimal change in temperature reading on the thermostat. Today, the heater shut off and I pulled off the thermostat and it had overheated to a degree where it melted the wire nuts and wire...

Lasted Almost 3 years
Lasted almost three years, then stopped working and shows error codes with no explanation of what they mean. I spent 45m on the phone with support and even Honeywell couldn't tell me what the errors "2.5" "8.4" and "11.9" mean.
