Honeywell 48-ft Plug-in Black Outdoor String Light with 15 Color changing -Light LED Edison Bulbs

No Customer Service

I purchased lights 7/2022. Has issue. 877 customer service number immediately goes to busy signal. Same for 844 customer service issue. E mail did initially respond and said new lights would be sent within 12 weeks. It is now 20 weeks. I have re emailed numerous times and no response. One of reasons I bought lights was for the 5-year warranty. It does not appear to be worth paper it is written upon. I called Lowes and they gave me another nonresponsive number. Avoid these lights.

Bulb Ordering

Ordered these lights on 11/23. We really like the string lights. Tries to order two bulbs the beginning of May 2023 & the middle of July 2024. Each time I was told ten weeks & each time no bulbs. Today, 09/26/24 I called 844-551-0680 & no one is available. Also called 877-723-0723 & the mailbox is full & cannot leave message. The product is great, but the customer service is poor poor poor!! I wish I could find the bulbs elsewhere so that I could purchase them.

Not Reliable

We've had these lights up for two years. During this time the lights have constantly changed their color at random. One strand or all strands would change color. We'd come home in the evening to a house with a random green strand, etc weekly. During the summer we only use white. I found that I didnt like the white light. It doesn't look like a normal warm outdoor bulb light. Also again monitorining the color change issue all summer. The other issue I had was the when connecting multiple strands ...

Terrible Customer Service

We purchased two sets of these lights in December 2023, Both sets had a bulb that did not function properly. We reached out to customer service. For starters, we were told it would take TWELVE WEEKS to receive two replacement bulbs! 12 weeks for two light bulbs? It is now about 17 weeks later and we still haven’t received the two replacement bulbs.

Warm white or multiple colors.

We previously bought these same lights for our patio in AZ. They finally died after 5 years of use. I was thrilled to find them and ordered another 3 strings. I like the variety of settings and the convenient remote. Great product.

they stink!

These lights arrived today and I was so excited to put them up until I tested them out and one bulb was already burned out. I thought it wouldn't be a big deal and we would exchange well now tonight they are all hazy and foggy and look horrible. Feel cheap and are LED trash. I gave it a shot but will be returning for a more reliable incandescent strand of string lights by Portfolio.

Great Lights

These lights are heavy duty, have great functions, change colors, dance, flash, ect. They do have a bad habit of turning on in the middle of the night. And you may think the light bulb is out, but simply needs to be reset. If the lights have turned different colors or are not on, you can unplug them for a few minutes and they will reset. Mine survived -10 degree winter weather with no ill effects last winter.

It's not Honeywell. Its a poor quality licensee

We purchased it last year and 2 of the 4 strands stopped working. They advertise a 5 year warranty. Called the company and they promised a replacement within weeks. It has been 6 weeks. They stopped responding to emails. They tell me computers are down if I call. Its a poor quality licensed product from IDC Texas. Honeywell should revoke their license.,

Honeywell indoor/outdoor string lights

We just ordered these because our neighbor got a string delivered today. (12/28/20) They cost a little more than we wanted to pay for them but they have a 5 yr warranty and are made with a heavy duty cord. They are plug-in with a programmable remote. We are extremely pleased with the purchase in spite of the country of origin.

Won't shut off

The lights seem like a decent product, but after installing them, the lights won't stay off. I bought them 6 months ago & only got around to installing them now or I'd just take them back.
