In my hot tub in 24 hours

Would Recommend

After delivery and placement of the tub,I was lounging in my hot tub in 24 hours. Every thing from delivery to water balancing had gone perfectly . The water pressure is excellent and I don't want to get out. This hot tub has met my expectations and then some!

Bad pump and heater

Would Not Recommend

The heater went out after a few months and sent a new one. However, difficult to replace. Now just out of warrenty and pump is leaking. $146 plus someone to install. Looks too difficult to do myself.

TUB SET UP AND RUNNING ABOUT JUNE 1 - SEEMED TO FUNCTION OK. FAIRLY SOON AFTER SETTING UP THE TUB THE MOTOR WOULD KEEP RUNNING ON LOW SPEED NON-STOP AFTER IT WAS USED. YOU COULD NOT STOP THE MOTOR FROM RUNNING NO MATTER WHAT YOU DID WITH THE TOPSIDE CONTROL. TO STOP IT I HAD TO TURN THE POWER OFF & BACK ON. IT WOULD WORK FINE FOR SEVERAL DAYS BUT IT WOULD EVENTUALLY MALFUNCTION AGAIN. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL RIGHT AWAY. I DID SPEAK TO SOMEONE FINALLY ...

Delivered at curbside moved it with a friend to the deck, ran disconnect line connected it to the control box where they said it would be right below hot tub controls. Filled with water installed filter provided, tested water so to put the right amount of chemicals and turned on the disconnect breaker waited about 2 hours to heat up been using it since.

Have not owned a spa in over 25 years, had some re education to do. Also had a definite size space for it to fit into. So, after a fair amount of research, I decided on this tub and I am VERY pleased. It's better quality than my last tub. I will not hesitate to recommend this one. Also, the top had an unusual damaged spot, looked like some glue got on the top, stuck together and as a result when I pulled the top apart the cover tore. New hot tub...

The tub is set up and running well... our only complaint is that the pump seems to run constantly, the unit is located on a deck outside of our bedroom and the pump noise is a bit overwhelming...is this normal? We didn’t anticipate the noise...thank you.

I love this tub and so does my energy provider! My electric bill increased approximately $100 per month for the month of November. Outrageous compared to the typical $40-$50 increase in my area and that was for a month that isn't even the coldest. The product description states "standard high density spray foam insulation" If you read the Q&A section I asked a question about if this is insulated. Ordered online thr u Lowes to be dropped shipped to nearby store, cause I live 12 miles out in woods. Took 6 weeks for delivery (1 week on the truck), but after inquiring at local store they gave me a tracking number, so I could anticipate arrival. Lowes staff loaded it in my econo truck (small) with great skill. Got it home and off loaded by myself (not reccommended) using rollers and come-along (winch). Took 2 weeks to get an electrician out to do the wiring (220) and GFCI disconnent. Finally ...

Great tub for small area

I’ve had my tub for a few weeks now. I absolutely love it. It seats 3 people comfortably when using the lounger. I have it set up on my sun porch so that I can use it longer throughout the year. You should be cautioned that delivery on only to curbside
