The fan and speaker work well but there is an intermittent tapping sound. The tapping can last for a minute to 20 minutes or longer. I originally thought it was from the fan being seated but this has been going on for over one month now. Any ideas on how to fix it? This was installed by an electrician in a big bathroom.
Worked for a few days
We ordered this fan for our master bathroom, & it works great, so we ordered another one for our kids' bathroom. We had it professionally installed, & it worked great for a few days, so we threw away the box/instructions. After a few days the fan no longer worked, but the lights are functioning just fine. Not sure what to do now with a broken fan with no box...
Do Not Buy
Bought this a while back anf finally installed in a new bath. Man, it takes a special kind of poor product design to build something that a customer wants to rip out within 10 minutes of install. PRO: Install is acceptable. Sizing is non-standard but I have a new build so it wasn't an issue. 3 wire push connectors are helpful and a bit of fabrication on the brackets made it fit right. Install is easy
I have no attic access over the bathrooms, so after cutting ceiling areas out, install was easy. 2nd fan I have a slight short in the switch which was replaced by the company. Looks good, music sound is amazing! Fan part is lacking a bit.

Just moved in
Just moved into a new house with this. I always wanted to purchase it in the past. Connected my phone and it seemed pretty cool for the first minute. Then when I came back in the room I realized the music was not connected well at all. It auto connects to my phone without issue.
