I bought two of these in 2021 to use in my basement during the summer. By 2023/4, they both displayed an E9 error.

Stopped working after just one year.

Stopped working after just one year. Manufacturer sent a "remanufactured" replacement out twice. Neither one worked properly. Both replacements ran all the time and could only get relative humidity down to about 55%, when machine was set at 30%. Switched to another brand and room was down below 40% in 24 hours.

Works great!

Works really well. It is a little noisy, but it does what it is supposed to do.

Brings 70% down to 50% quickly, a bit tough empty.

DH5020K, I've had it a week, brings the ~60-75% humidity down to under 50% pretty quickly in my tiny bath/shower (with door open) pretty fast. Have it on the default Auto mode/Auto fan settings. What with the tiny space it cycles on/off quite frequently. Noticeable sound a couple rooms away but I do not hear it when I go upstairs, which is a big positive. Leaking from inside

Had this for a little over a year and it started leaking from something inside. I noticed a puddle on the floor, thought maybe it was thei hose or bucket but its coming from something inside the unit

Terrible Unit - E9 Error after 2 Years

Received E9 error code on this unit the other day after owning for just over two years. Contacted Hisense and they won't assist. It's a shame, the unit failed literally 1 month after warranty expiration. They wouldn't even identify what the error code meant.

Extremely poor quality unit

Do not waste your money on this unit. First purchased in June, 2019. Made it through one summer and the unit failed early summer 2020. Utilized product warranty for a replacement, that unit made it through a summer and is now dead. Hisense will not replace a second time
