need a power trowel

this stuff is not self leveling at all. do not add more than 1/8 gallon of water to the mix or it won't go into solution. 4" slump out of a ready mix truck is just as self leveling as this stuff. just buy the primer and self leveling stuff that takes 24 hours to cure. this stuff saves you no time unless you are filling in some massive void before using the 24 hour cure self leveling stuff.

difficult for the 1st timer

The product sets fast which has pros and cons. Pros- fast finishing and job completion. Con- keep in mind the work time is shortened by the mix. Work smaller spaces 21 sq ft @1/4"., 42 sq. @ 1/8", 84 sq. @ 1/16". It is extremely important you work small and fast if you have deep low spots. The product works best if you spread quickly and then let set. Sets-up fast

This product works fine. However, do not purchase the cheaper tools to apply it to your floors. Spend the extra for the spike shoes, the pro adjustable spreader (not the Henry spreader- 3 settings), and a good squeegee; you won't regret it.

NOT A PRE MIX

I searched premix floor leveler. This is not a premix. It is a kit you have to mix. More time consuming than using a premix.
