Love this trash can, and even after we had an issue with the lid breaking within the first year, HMS sent us out a replacement lid and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Will certainly continue to deal with Hefty and HMS in the future. THANKS YALL!

Great product and great customer service
Have two of these trash cans in my kitchen, one for regular trash and the other for recycleables. The lid springs on one broke. The customer service department sent me replacements and it works like new again. Thank you!

Happy to Get a New Lid!
I just want to say how glad I am that I was able to order a replacement lid for this trashcan. I was afraid I'd have to buy a whole other trashcan plus the lid, but I called the customer service number, and for about six bucks, a lid came to my door. Yay!

Love the Touch Lid
I bought this pail for the size and ease of opening and closing of the lid. It suits my family’s needs perfectly. The lid lock broke after only having pail for a few months but the customer service representative that responded to my issue was quick in responding and had a new lid sent to me in a very timely manner.
