Excellent Value, Quality, and Large Size

Great value for the price. The 14-inch size is perfect for cooking large meals or for the whole family. It heats evenly, retains heat well, and came pre-seasoned, so it was ready to use with minimal preparation. It's heavy, as expected for cast iron, but feels durable and well-made. I expect it to last for many years with proper care.

Perfectly flat surface with a uniform texture.

Having a perfectly flat bottom surface makes it compatible with our induction stove. It also works well in our grill. It is pre-seasoned, so an initial washing and seasoning is all you need.

Pan needs to be used more to become nonstick

I’ve had a good experience with this cast iron pizza pan overall. It came well seasoned, and it’s sturdy and retains heat very well. I’ve used it successfully for several dishes. The only challenge I’ve had is making dosas. They tend to stick, but I think that’s more about the pan needing additional use and seasoning rather than a defect. Cast iron usually develops a better non-stick surface over time. I’m hoping that after a few more uses, it’ll work better for dosas and pancakes as well. Ove...

This skillet is exactly what I was looking for. The flat, wide surface area is incredible for searing meats, grilling, and making family-sized meals without crowding the pan.
