Harvest Right X-Large Pro Freeze Dryer
I have had my Harvest Right X-Large Pro Freeze Dryer for over a year now and am very happy with it. I had several issues achieving a vacuum seal, and one caused my freeze dryer to fill with water in the middle of the freezing process. I emailed Harvest Right, and they were very helpful. They walked me through the steps to find out what happened and see if I could fix it. When they found out it was nothing I could fix, they sent me the necessary packing materials and had their shipper pick it up ...

I love this machine. Lifechanging
I have always known Harvest Right was the best freeze dryer and after buying one, I realize why. They have a solid machine that works well. The people who give tech support are mostly very helpful and friendly. I have only had one that was rude but everyone else resolved any issues I was having kindly. The app is the best! I have had questions answered numerous times on the chat feature. I love this thing!

WiFi dongle nightmare
After 4 months over 25 hours or more on the phone, plus being our own service repair person, and 2 WiFi dongles later our harvest tight freeze dryer is now working and connecting to my phone. What a nightmare it has been.

Wonderful Investment
I love my freeze drier! It's intuitive to use and if you need any guidance the app has great information on settings and run times. My experience with customer service has been amazing, they are so nice and very responsive.

I work commercially with Harvest right freeze dryers specifically the XL models and have for several years now, They are a wonderful product and even more so come with a wonderful support staff to boot, our support helper from Harvest Right Madyson Price has made it so any problem we have with parts and repairs are easy.

Excellent quality and customer service
These are really well-built appliances - solid and work great! They are producing some quality food! They also have a great app and wonderful customer service! Now that they have wi-fi it is super helpful as well, making this an easy to use tool and way to produce food for your family - we love the unique treats we make with it too!
