I had the best experience with getting my HR freeze dryer serviced. My unit would not complete a cycle successfully. I called and was assigned a service tech, Victoria. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my freeze dryer back up and running. My machine broke within about 10 uses

My machine broke within about 10 uses due to a faulty compressor and the company customer service has been abysmal as I've tried to carry out the replacement. I've spent over a month trying to get the replacement part. The company has shown virtually zero initiative in helping me do so. I have chased them every few days for weeks about the status of the replacement part, which has still not been shipped out. Additionally, it appears that I'll end up needing to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping...
