Happy customer

Great machine, easy and simple to use and when I needed customer support, they were quickly able to resolve my issue.

Coolest machine!

After eyeing them for years, I finally bought a new medium Harvest Right in the beautiful copper color! I LOVE it so far! What a dang cool machine. I’ve only done a couple of batches but it’s been fun and I’ve learned a lot. It seems like a big learning curve at first but the instructions were very thorough and helpful and the process isn’t as complicated as I thought it would be. The Harvest Right app has been pretty awesome–there’s plenty of recipes and support options on there (I will say the...

I’m so excited to have my freeze dryer

I’m so excited to have my freeze dryer, I call her Miracle! Harvest Right allowed me to purchase my freeze dryer on lay away, otherwise I couldn’t buy one. What an incredible company to work with me & bring it to fruition. The entire transaction was flawless. The delivery seamless. And since I received my freeze dryer “Miracle,” I have been non stop freeze drying my harvest. I grow and preserve a year’s worth of food. Freeze drying is a tool I’d recommend to everyone, it reduces my preservation...

Harvest Right Freeze Dryer

I’ve had this freeze dryer for a year and it’s still going strong. Does a great job drying whatever I seem to try. I recommend putting it in a quiet place. The biggest learning curve is to pull out the black rubber gasket when using it each time.

Great customer service

After four years of near constant use, I ran into my first problem. I contacted customer support. They were very patient with an older customer had my problem diagnosed and fixed easily.

Excellent Machine

I’m loving my new Harvest Right freeze dryer! It was so easy to set up and get up and running due to the clear directions. I’m working on seasonal fruits and vegetables now and they come out so delicious and crisp! I’m storing them in both the long-term mylar bags as well as decorative mason jars to give out to some friends. I researched a lot of brands that are out there and Harvest Right has the best reputation and longevity which really allowed me to purchase this brand with a high sense of c...

I’ve had mine for over four years. Working almost nonstop. My one problem was handled with support from the Customer Support team promptly and with great patience for a 79 year old customer.
