We love our Harvest Right! It is running more than its not. We had an issue and the 1 year warranty covered everything. The customer service was fantastic during the whole process.

Great machine!!

I got the large machine back in March. I had some warranty issues after doing 6-8 batches. The technical support was fantastic. They helped solve one issue via email/ phone but I still had another issue that required me sending my machine in for repairs. The whole process took about a month but everything was easy. I’ve done a ton of batches since and have had no additional issues. I love being able to have food available that isn’t in the freezer. Cooked meats have been a favorite after candy. ...

I bought this device a mot ago with no expectations. There was a small learning curve but now I love it. I make snacks for my kids, smoothie Powders and I preserve my foods for 25 years. I recommend.

Repair Experience

I have had my freeze dryer for a year now. This past summer I had an issue with the compressor and had to return it to the factory for service. Harvest Right shipped me materials for the return. I did supplement what they sent with a couple ratchet straps to assure that it did not tip in transit. Round trip was 6 - 8 weeks if I remember right. When it was returned, I did have 2 issues with it. There was some damage (rear panel scratched pretty bad) from shipping. This was from the freight...

broke after four uses, no warranty on new parts

Our freeze dryer broke after 4 uses. Getting it fixed was a test of my patients. the fixing process under warranty took about two months and 20 hours of my time. The warranty doesn't cover shipping or the installation of the new parts. Also the new parts don't have any warranty at all.

Love my FD

I was worried at first that it would take to much electricity but I have not noticed it at all in my electric bill and I run mine almost every day

HarvestRight Freeze Dryer Review

I have had my unit for over a year now. It was a great investment. Not only long-term storage for emergencies, but also use for herbs, fruits and vegetables that normally would go bad quickly with normal storage in the fridge or pantry. The WiFi upgrade is awesome to monitor and control the units when away from the unit. Customer service has always been a great experience with the support team. If you are willing to commit to using the freeze dryer, you will not regret it.

Harvest Right for me

This is my second freeze dryer. We love the convenience of freeze dried meals for hunting and camping. Freeze dried food saves on the space in our freezer and the food is always good. Whenever I have any question the Harvest Right team is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
