Loved it Before it Cracked
Received this as a wedding present and absolutely loved using it and used it quite often! I was very disappointed when I went to wash it one day and saw a hairline crack in the insert. I didn't even have it for 2 years yet and am more sad that it's just out of warranty and it was a gift so I don't have a receipt either. It was always handled carefully and hand washed so I don't know if there was a fault with the insert.

Best slow cooker ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this slow cooker about a month ago and absolutely love it. It is great to cook low and slow all say theb swutch to warm when I am late from work. I made a three pound pot roast and it was juicy, tender and the best pot roast I ever made! Dual settings allow for cooking perfection and easy to set up. I did read the directoons first!

Wonderful features
