It has a nice large seven quart capacity so there's plenty of room to make food for even large groups of people. It has several temperature settings to meet needs for all kinds of recipes. Plus, the folding handles are a nice feature.

Excellent Slow Cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic slow cooker. I love that the handles fold down, making storing so easy. It cooks perfectly, can hold a whole chicken, taters and carrots. I like the lid and how easy the control is to use. So far I've only used the slow cooker once, but plan to make either soup or a pot roast this week in it. The crock is easy to clean, so is the lid.

Handy and high-capacity

It cooked as it should. Folding the handles down allows for a slightly smaller storage space. It’s nice to have the extra space in the cooker when needed.

Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Hamilton Beach slow cooker is awesome to use when cooking spare ribs. I get to smell the ribs throughout the day and by the time they're on my plate at dinner they fall off the bone. The only issue I have is it doesn't have a timer on the slow cooker. I do appreciate that the handles fold down making it easier to store when I am not using it. I think my next dish using my slow cooker will be cheesy broccoli soup.

I first used to make my senior dog homemade food, using the high setting took about an hour to completely cook the raw meat and all additions. Works fast, easy to use and you really can't go wrong with this model.
