Couldn't be simpler to use. Cleanup is easier than I expected (2 filters pop right out to be washed) though I haven't done a deep clean yet. Brews a totally acceptable cup of very hot coffee. I wish it splashed a little less, but I found a cup that fits snugly under the spout so it's not an issue anymore. Worth it for the price, for sure.

Easily replaces my simple Keurig machine.

I bought this to replace my Keurig, for which I also used reusable pods. Both machines are about the same, but I think this coffe maker gets the coffee a little hotter and maybe extracts more flavor. However, it is a single use coffee maker, and the reservoir is only for a single cup at a time, even if one were to use a 3 cup container to make coffee. The switch to start brewing is a little fussy, sometimes requiring multiple pushes, and it is only to start the process. If you want to stop, you ...
