The order process and pick-up at Lowe's was great - the product I bought had some issues. I like the look of the toilet, the instructions from the manufacturer were not the best. I had the toilet 95% installed which BTW was a challenge. I ended up having to hire a plumber at the last minute to resolve and issue with water line hook up to complete in install. I would not buy this product again. You will need two people to install the toilet. I did read the manual front to back and watched videos...

Not as advertised and trouble getting help
I bought the toilet. It does not jet Syphon flush like it said it would. They sent someone to look at and they told me they talked to Lowe’s and look into replacement but then I was just told “it’s a low flow, too bad so sad” even a low flow should be able to flush a couple pieces of toilet paper without clogging or pushing the paper back out. Video on page shows the jet siphon and proper flushing that mine does not have. Have given a second call and awaiting response.

Sleek design and easy to install
We put these toilets in ourselves and had no issues. The design is sleek and takes up less room than our old standard toilets with smaller bowls and large tanks. The water usage is way less and I cannot wait to see that reflected on our water bill.
