There are pros and cons to this humidifier. There is a blue light that that is on when the unit is turned on. You cannot turn this off. It is so bright it lights up the entire room. This is great if you need a night light, but I don't. I have three layers of painter's tape covering the blue light and it still shines through. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this towards the end of winter and I don’t know why I went so long having a humifier. I’m a Texas transplant in NYC so the winter was brutal on my skin and nose. Since using this, my nose is no longer dry and my skin finally isn’t flaking. It always provides the lowest level of white noise. I love how sleek it look on our bedside table. This was a good call!

I bought this humidifier because I have a dry sinus problem that sometimes keeps me awake at night. Overall, it has worked…sort of! What I like about it: It appears to be built well; is easy to fill and maintain, fits on my nightstand, provides enough water capacity to run on the highest setting for about 10 – 12 hours. A great safety feature is that it shuts off when the tank is out if water. I love the pad (you get 3) in the cute little drawer that you can add essential oils to for an even better experience .
