Recently painted exterior of home, paint seemed to go on effortlessly. Covered well and will update review after this winter how it held up.

Does NOT hide on new kiln dried wood.

This is High Hide power primer? Lie! Every feature of the new bare spruce ( knots, grain, & fillers) bled through even AFTER three FULL coats! Less than 100 sq ft / gal coverage. This is a substandard product. Reminds me of a similar experience when I painted my new house exterior with SW Superpaint back in 1990. It's all marketing and they do NOT stand behind their claims. What the heck?!

I used this on freshly plastered, sanded and cleaned walls. The primer has stuck well enough to the plaster but both the paints I painted over it ( primer and paints are both water based - I checked because I was trying make I didn’t miss something dumb ) started peeling off when I removed my painters tape. Great primer with excellent coverage and adhesion

Great primer with excellent coverage and adhesion. It went on smoothly, covered well, and helped hide the previous color and minor imperfections before painting. It dried evenly and gave the finish coat a nice, consistent surface to bond to. Easy cleanup since it’s water-based, and overall it made the painting job much easier. I’d definitely use it again.

It did not cover like I thought it should

NOT 4 STAINS

Purchased for a job. We spray most jobs. Bad choice for stains. Overpainting paneling, stain blocking is essential and a must . This is terrible at it. Seem to be watered down to much. It’s not “high hiding” anything with a consistency of 2% milk. Bad choices cost $ and this was on of them. 1st pic is the useless Kilz, 2nd pic is this product over that.. Smh purchased 2 days ago.

Depends what you are using it on

I used it to cover small fake pumpkins bought at a thrift store. I then decoupaged them with fabric or paper. I did 2 coats but thought coverage could have been better.

Great adhesive

I bought this psint because it was reasonable priced. I needed to paint my front entrance door and double garage door. I tinted it Navajo red. It covered both with less then half of a gallon.

All-purpose Paint!?

It goes on quickly and dries pretty quickly too. It is not something to use on untreated wood, like a porch. It seemed to seep right into that wood on my porch.
