What Customers Are Saying
The product has mixed reviews. Some customers found it reliable and easy to install, while others reported issues with the float switch failing after a short period, causing the pump to run continuously or not shut off properly. Many customers experienced the pump failing within a year, though a few had it working for over a year without problems. The overall consensus is that the product is a decent value, but its reliability and longevity are inconsistent.

I had this sump pump submerged in a french drain for way over 10 years. I only had two incidents when the the float would not activate it.. and I believe that was due to heavy clay sediment build up that could have been prevented if I had removed the pump for cleaning and inspection. I just wiggled the pump and it worked again. I kept this pump in dirty water way longer than it should have been and it still worked. I would recommend this pump.

Strong Sump Pump
I have 2 sump pumps in my basement and just finished installing the second replacement with the H2OPro .33hp model. I am very pleased with this pump. Easy installation. Runs quiet with a very positive level switch that accurately controls sump water level. Level switch beats a wire tethered floating switch, hands down, especially for smaller diameter dumps. Highly recommended.
