Broke after a couple months

The toggle switch that controls the modes (off, light, taser) fell off somewhere, randomly. Due to this, you can't switch modes without using something like a toothpick or small screwdriver. I emailed the company about warranting it or getting a replacement switch, but they never responded. Too bad, I thought this seemed like a decent product, but both it and customer service failed.

rechargeable with batteries removed is better because you can replace the rechargeablebatteries when they go bad the flashlight will last longer the other type when thier done thier done and being as its like a night stick he adds some weight gives it more knock out power :) right ?

Underwhelmed - Missing the Charger

I cannot charge the unit and therefore cannot rate its performance. Garbage.

Guard Dog Titan Fashlight

This is a great tool to take walks with. Just one crackle and charging, snarling dogs turn and run! They want nothing to do with it. My wife and I are senior citizens and don’t want to have to deal with that. We feel, are am, a lot safer now.

This seems to be excellent. Discharge is strong and even loud. Flashlight works in various modes. Seems to hold a charge. It's rechargeable. Large enough to use like a night stick or fend off attackers or animals. You can hold it in your hand or up under your arm. so it isn't visible. Taking walks with you dog, or without. Answering the door. Leaving work or shopping. Protection from animals or people
