Grizzly can't help
The welder arrived yesterday, already broken. The stinger handle, made of cheap plastic, was broken into 6 pieces. I called Grizzly, as Lowes did their part. The could not help. Those with whom I spoke at Grizzly were kind, and they tried. I did not need to drive 80 miles, and waste the fuel and a whole day to return the entire welder; I needed one part from Grizzly. When I got the welder, the box had a hole in it. On openong it I noticed that the Welding Mask had Broken glass, didn't matter because, I have a Better Welding Mask.
