First sprayer I’ve used, so took me a little while get used to it. I too lost the little tip insert and finally found it. Does a good job of covering areas quickly.
Replacement for a "not very sturdy" OEM part.
The plastic "wings" of the tip guard on the SG2 spraygun that came with my X7 broke on my 2nd use of the spraygun, so this is a replacement. Hopefully that was a "one-off" failure, but only time will tell.
