It was relatively easy to install. It runs extremely quit.

These units shouldn't be sold through Lowes. Lowes will sell the unit and then wash their hands of it once it's out the door. No local supply house is going to do the warranty without charging the homeowner a fee to do it. Lowes needs to leave the trades work to the trades and continue to be selling building materials. Companies that are local in the areas go through great lengths to provide top service. Lowes doesn't care about anything but squashing the lower guy.

where are the installers

I would like to purchase this unit but was told no installers available through Lowe's. Had a Goodman for 15 years in our mobile home very little problems. It's a good company.

From all the professionals in the field. Goodman Is the top in the industry for air-conditioning at this time. I was able to purchase an R 32 unit which is above the residential 410 units. Not Only was I able to purchase it but it, but it came five days sooner than expected. My HVAC installer says I got a great price on this unit. My last unit lasted 20+ years. Looking foward to seeing how long this Goodman will last.
