Poor construction, won't last

The "axles" for the spinners are not one piece, but 4 tiny pieces soldered on. Two were broken when I installed it. Also, on first water test, the water tends to splash off the circles, rather than trickle down as they should. So not all the water makes it to the bottom of the chain.
