Out of the box, ran great for 2 minutes. Started short cycling, on and off and on and off. Couldn't even wash my mower. Thought maybe the screen was plugged, nope. So I began troubleshooting, and went through all the steps to no avail. Went through the "hose replacement" procedure, and found that the metal inside the most inside hose connection is all rusted/corroded. I ordered this for one of our departments at work and we received it about a year ago. They use it hard in an industrial setting which I know it wasn’t exactly designed for, but they have no complaints. It’s easy and simple to maintain and install. They like it so much that other departments have started asking for them too! Do I still need to say something more

Got this for Christmas and love it.
Got this for Christmas and love it. Have a gas powered 4200 PSI pressure washer for heavy jobs but this is perfect for the pool patio that is travertine. The 100 ft hose is great and reaches anywhere I need. Auto reel feature works seamlessly and setup took less than 30 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with this product!
