Not Happy-

We purchased 2 of these last fall (2017) They worked great for that season. We got them out of storage yesterday and one of them the multi colored Mickey heads does not work. The lamp post lights up and the motor is moving but the Mickey heads don't work. Honestly, I wish I had read the reviews. They were expensive and I would not have purchased them knowing all of the bad reviews were about the same issue we are having. I see Lowes does not sell these anymore. Maybe that is why. NOT HAPPY!

Product is Junk and Company is Horrible

This item is junk and quit working after 2 weeks. The company is unhelpful and you have to pay return shipping in order to get it fixed. I wouldn't buy anything from this company ever again. They don't care.

Lamp easily breaks and company seems MIA

I was thrilled to buy this, and when it worked, it was great, and we were thrilled! We unplugged it to go away on Christmas vacation, and when we came home, the floating Mickey heads no longer worked. I have tried for almost 4 weeks to contact the company...even emailing the address in all the follow up comments to the complaints on this page. And nothing has worked so far. I'm frustrated.

No magic with this product

Made it through Christmas and then the next day the floating Mickeys stopped working.

Disappointment

Our family was so excited to get this home and set up. The excitement quickly faded. After only a week the flooting Mickey's went out. Can the light be replaced?

Was great for about 14 days....

It is just so cute and when the projector inside the Mickey head was working, it was AWESOME! But unfortunately, it only worked for about 2 weeks and then it stopped. I spent A LOT of money on something that only worked for 14 days. Not a great investment for my money. Sadness. :(

Failed in less than 2 weeks

I purchased this Disney Magic Holiday Color Whirl LED Projection Lamp Post from Lowes at full price (over $96 with tax). I expected it to last many seasons. It lasted less than 2 weeks and the projection inside the globe stopped working (no light in the globe). The ears and sign still light up but the main attraction of this is the colorful moving projections. And that doesn't work now. Poor Quality if it fails that quickly. I want a refund or store credit.

Would love if worked

My husband fell in love with this in the store so we had to get it. Unfortunately the floating LED Mickey lights only worked two weeks just like the other reviewers stated. This is too expensive to not work. I emailed Gemmy to see if there is a fix. First they said I should try turning the head around; that is not the problem. Second they said if I didn't want to just get a store refund, I'd have to pay to ship it to them to possibly get repaired, possibly not. If they couldn't fix it, I'd lose ...

LOVE IT BUT DON'T BUY IT

Love the item, the design but after two weeks the inside lights stopped working and the Mickey head is very dark.
