With a couple of modifications, not bad.

The rocking chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. Directions for assembly are your basic "do as you see in the pictures" but it isn't a complicated build by any means. Decent quality wood, but the jigs for cutting in the holes where the seat fits are too large. The wood is softer wood, about what you'd expect in this price range, so having larger holes where the seat bars fit will lead to immediate failure. They don’t last!!

Got these when we bought our house last year for our front porch. They bring a warm and welcoming feeling to add to our porch HOWEVER. We haven’t had these for a year and a half and both of my rockers broke within a week of each other. As other reviewers said, we had a weird sap come out of them throughout the time we had them and then this past week they broke into pieces. Waste of money and a huge disappointment!!!

Good quality rocking chair

I love it. Looks great on my porch. Comfortable. Took me about an hour to put together and I am not a handy person. I did have to use my drill for part of it.

Porch Rocker

Purchased 2 of these chairs in Grey. DO NOT PURCHASE. After one season the paint is cracking and the chairs have a white substance looking like sap coming through the paint and most of the screw hole covers have popped out. The chairs were covered from early fall to Spring. Just poor quality. As for Lowes when I inquired about a warranty the manager quickly said to contact the Manufacture. They offered no assistance at all reminding me of the store policy that LOWES OFFERS NO WARRANTIES....

Do not rock right

There is something wrong with these chairs. They do not rock right. There’s something about the angle of the rocker that is off so that when you sit on it, you feel like you are going to lean too far back and fall off the chair. Very uncomfortable and unsteady rockers. Another issue that we came across was that the chairs did not appear to be assembled well. The armrests and legs were coming out of the holes. I am very disappointed in Lowe’s.

I am very disappointed in Lowe’s. I purchased a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and 4 rocking chairs. One chair has no hardware and I have no way of returning it to the store. I’ve contacted customer service. I need a new chair already assembled because I don’t won’t to pay anyone else to come back to my home to assemble a rocking chair. I won’t purchase anything else from Lowe’s if this issue is not resolved.

GREAT…..IF INDOORS!

We bought two of these chairs less than a year ago. They were under a covered porch (looked great), but did not hold up in the elements….and OK is fairly dry! Had an older/more unstable person set in the chair, they could’ve been hurt. Chair insides looks like that cheap particle board that’s on interior furniture. It basically just crumbled up after the chair broke! Pay the extra money and avoid these chairs!

Do not buy

I very rarely leave awful reviews but this rocking chair is deserving. I purchased for my wife as a Mother’s Day present. She loves sitting in a rocking chair and watching the kids play. Just after having it for one year the bottom completely broke apart catapulting her off of it narrowly missing her head. Doesn’t last

Bought 2 of these chairs for our patio late last summer. Assembly was easy and straightforward. Problem is they have not lasted, paint was flaking off and/or bubbling up within the first couple of months. They were stored under a porch roof over the winter with no direct moisture hitting them. Last a couple years at the most

Bought these in the gray finish couple years ago. Getting ring ready to trash. Them. Spent their whole life under a deep porch. Never in the rain. Never got wet. Went out and bought real ones today. Going to put these on the curb. Total garbage and a waste of money. Never again
