A piece of garbage. Metal support frame does not fit together. Frame pieces are warped. Nuts and screw threads strip while attaching.

2nd Swing - Canopy Still a Problem

LOwES - Please make a canopy replacement (just the fabric part) to purchase separately that we can replace over the canopy frame. The price has gone down $30-40 over the past 9 years, BUT the canopy is still a pain. We are currently on our second version of this swing. Nice swing but...

This is a nice swing, my husband and I find it to be comfortable; however, there are a few rust spots on one of the arms, and they were there new out of the box. Too much aggravation to pack it all back up and take it back. I will try to repair it myself.

perserverance... paid off in the long run

Product and pricing in store was great. I messed up by not checking that all parts were in box... assumed everything was included...packaging looked intact. I later discovered that 3 sets of parts were missing. I did not want to dis-assemble...long story short...was told that missing parts will be mailed... Delay, delay, and more delay. Easy Up Swing

Directions were easy to follow, all parts separated and labeled in bubble pack. Only problem; the swing base is wider in front than in back and "Front" label was on rear part. Also, put cover on before installing the top stretcher. I am a hefty guy and this swing has no problem holding the two of us. Very happy with the product.

Canopy Requires Commen Sense- No Instuctions!!!!!

The swing is great if you can put the canopy together, the screw holes don't line up and the canopy is so difficult to put together, You might get into a fight or divorce! Its crazy no wonder it was on SALE!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Hopefully I will get to rest after putting it together!
