Fridge stopped working after 1 month

One month. Thats as long as it lasted. Contacted Lowes, but it was out of the 30 day window since purchase, though not since delivery, and was told to contact Galanz. Still waitinv for a rssponse. New appliances should last longer than 30 days.

It quit working

At first I thought it was great then the food compartment got warm. They sent a repairman out. He said it was the defrost heater defective. I could live. Now come to find out they have no parts for it available so I have to hassle with trying to get a refund they seem they want to beat me out of. Of course I woll out the sales tax and disposal of the unit. It worked for almost 2 months.

Great unit

I can only speak to the product for the couple of weeks I've had it, but initial impression is great. Nice looking unit with great lines. The interior is bright and well thought out. Really like the digital temperature control. I mean, at this price point and for its size, this unit is much nicer than others in the same category, and looks higher end than the fridge in our kitchen. Time will tell how reliable it is.
