Had a broken grease zerk and this backed it right out. Took less than 5 seconds. I can imagine that you need to have the right size for the right screw, bolt, zerk. Etc. but it was my lucky day and took no time or effort.

Wrong tool. Your employees said this would work to remove a brass screw that had been stuck and stripped. Brass is too soft so it didn’t work. Bad advice.
