Keeps breaking

We purchased this washer because of the capacity and special features. It has been a real disappointment to say the least. This washer broke less than a year after purchasing it, clothes were staying very wet, and it wasn't draining properly. In order to repair it a second visit was required which was very inconvenient for several reasons. Only lasted 654 days before we had to replace

I can't say enough about what a mistake it was to buy this washing machine. We purchased it in Feb. 2024 and it stopped working in Nov. 2025. The door latch never seemed to work properly. I would often start a load and the machine would signal that the latch wasn't closed, so I would have to lean against the door for the cycle to start. Great features but FAULTY PRODUCT!!

I am so disappointed in this product. After 2 years of having it, the apin cycle does not work. I called support for assistance and was told clean filter and this would fix issue. Initially it did spin, but the next load again soaking wet clothes. Now I have clothes just sitting in there wet. I have powered off and back on, overnight. Turned on and still in the middle of last cycle. The spin cycle just will not complete. The last was lasted me 15 years, I was not expecting this failure after two...

Lasted 2 years

This machine has been great for two years, but now the drum has become imbalanced so the it hits the walls of the washer creating a loud vibration and knocking noise. This also causes water to leak because the hoses connected to the tub are losing tightness due to extreme vibrations during the spin cycle. An axle bearing noise can also be heard during high RPM usage of the spin cycle. According to the repair company, to replace the drum and any axle parts will easily exceed 600-700. I'm so disap...

Disappointing Performance

Cleaning performance is disappointing, especially if the Extra Rinse option is not selected. The filter design is poorly thought out - there is no practical way to clean it without water spilling and creating a mess. For a stackable appliance, basic service access is difficult; reaching internal components requires disassembling the entire top of the machine, which is impractical and user-unfriendly. Stopped working after just 2.5 years.

Great features. Horribly Engineered & Designed

The dispenser tray leaks into the machine and has rusted the internals and weakened the concrete weights that they are disintegrating. The main control board failed and needed replaced. Horrible Purchase

This washer is less than 2 years old and broke twice. Once was for not draining properly and second time it needed an entire motor replacement-motherboard was fried (like many others I just read about). Additionally, we chose this washer for the vent reason and it didn't even do that properly. This occurred during the holiday time so it was extremely inconvenient and so frustrating. Black Mold

Nasty. Just Nasty. Like others have mentioned we’ve had occasional problems with it not running the spin cycle and clothes are left soaking wet, also the drum always seems so unbalanced. But the straw was seeing what was lurking behind the auto dispense drawer. Our clothes have been “cleaned” using BLACK MOLD for years. The water runs over this “anti-bacterial” material through the mold, into the drum. Immediately switched to a LG upon discovering this.

What a Dud!

I really wanted to love this machine. The look and color are greatly appreciated and the matching dryer is a solid four stars (but beware, it does not come with a drying rack, nor can you purchase one for this model other than a strap to the door net pouch).
