What Customers Are Saying

Customers are sharply divided on this window air conditioner. Many praise its smart features, inverter technology, smartphone app control, and quiet operation when functioning properly, with reviewers highlighting rapid cooling and Google Home integration. However, nearly half report severe noise issues—describing helicopter-like roaring and wall vibrations—alongside cooling failures where units stop working after days or weeks. Several note the quiet mode is misleading. Others express frustration with poor support responsiveness and units failing within days, with compressor damage reported. Despite strong positives for some, widespread reliability concerns and lack of support leave many customers disappointed and unwilling to repurchase.

NO ENERGY EFFICENCY CERTIFICATION

Would Not Recommend

Very deceiving images on Lowes website featured the yellow symbol of energy efficiency certification, however, this item has NO SUCH CERTIFICATION. So yeah, its cooling and working and such, however this AC will not qualify for rebate from the electric company, and I dread the electric bill at the end of the month, as senior citizen, I need to watch my spending with that said the heatwave is not helping the situation. Shame on you Lowes for misleading information.
