I love the machine except 2 things. I can not get the app to sync up with the coffee maker. It would be nice if there was a video or a phone number to call for help. The other is when the beans are grinding, sometimes I hear a beep and the grinder stops. I have to take it apart and clean it 2 or 3 times before I can get it to complete a grind. There are no trouble shooting methods for this. I do not know if it is me or the machine or if there is an adjustment that can be made. Maybe even the bea...

When it finally stopped working I decided on this cute GE machine to match my Cafe appliances even after reading the bad reviews. I love with this machine
I absolutely love this machine, it’s very user friendly, large water tank, plus its sleek modern design is what drew me to it, unlike any other machine out there. Since buying it I haven’t had one bad brew, it always comes out perfect, I also have a a Nespresso original machine but since getting the ge I haven’t used it . I’ve never used an espresso machine till this machine and it was so easy to learn. Best purchase this year.
