Bought the 14,000 BTU model in May 2026, I was very impressed with it's cooling power until I wasn't. After three months water started condensating around the air vents and spitting water out. It's doing this despite me keeping the filter completely clean and making certain the unit is properly sloped downward as instructed. I called Customer Service and they will send a delivery company out to deliver a new one and pickup the old one. However the unit is on back order so I'll have to deal with...

Gets the job done a great way

Only a month but we’ve had some pretty hot weather and this window air conditioner has been a workhorse at keeping our 520 ft.² a steady cool temperature. I love how quiet it runs. Set the temperature and be comfortable.

So far so good cool’s a large area. All functions work timers and the Wi Fi work good. Replaced a 1200 btu fredidaire with this 1400 btu and I noticed a big difference. Happy with this purchase only time will tell.
