PACKAGING DOES NOT MAKE CLEAR WHAT YOU ARE GETTING
THIS IS A NIGHTLIGHT. It comes on in daylight when motion is detected. If you want a bulb that burns in day time this is for you (I KNOW there is one of you out there, somewhere on our planet (earth)). This nightlight brightens at night when something moves within 10 feet of it's sensor. It may be necessary to direct any riffraff you'd like to scare off to the short detection area. Just stays on all the time
Just bought 3 LED+ linkable par38 bulbs and followed the instructions. They turn on just fine and they blink 3 times to say they are linked but that’s it! Bulbs are always on. Lots of responses about the same issue but I’ve yet to see any solutions. Waste of money.

Lackluster Motion Detection Brightness Feature
Works well as a dusk to dawn light, but the 50% difference when motion is detected is barely noticeable. Thought that would be a really nice feature, but was hoping it would be a bit dimmer and then really cut on when motion was detected. If I didn't know it was supposed to change, I doubt I'd have noticed it did. Not sure i'd purchase again.

I like the "linkable" concept, but this product does not full turn off at night. It is about 3/4 on until motion is detected and it then comes fully on. Is there a way to have it off, detect motion and this an linked devices/bulbs also turn on?

The lights did not work for me. After installation, they went off for a few minutes. In the evening, it detected the motion and went on but stayed on and did not turn off.

Bulbs are linkable but "forget" if they are switched off so I would only use on circuit without switch. There is conflicting information this listing, these bulbs are ALWAYS ON dusk to dawn, there is no settings for this.

Needs a way to adjust placement of sensor
I use this at my front door. It definitely works as intended - the problem is, for some reason, no matter what I do, when it's screwed in to the fixture, the sensor is next to the wall. Thus, it only detects me when I'm about 4' away from the door, rather than the 20' it advertises (which would be really nice since I have a long-ish pathway to the door). But, the one I installed did only turn on with motion, so that part is great. Love this concept, just wish it were a bit more efficient.
