Worst ecosystem imaginable

Awful app. While the devices themselves work amazingingly for the 3 or 4 days they do, they are plagued with connection issues that lie within their infrastructure and how they communicate with eachother. The app is insanely overconveluted with far too many screens to get one thing done. Just the chore of connecting a device would drive you insane especially since you have to reset and reconnect them every other day. This goes for ALL Cync devices by the way.

Works with no issues

Recently bought this so I can remotely control my 3d printer. It gave me some issues at first because you NEED A HOME HUB OR APPLE TV 4TH GEN. This caught me off guard because the box didn’t advertise it. But after you get it set up using the home app it works from just about anywhere with phone service with 0 delay time. Overall I highly recommend this product given it price, range and it’s reliability.

Works great

I wanted to make my 3D printer 100% remote but I didn’t want to just leave it on 24/7 so I got this plug adapter so I wouldn’t have to do electrical work in my rental. It works seamlessly with Apple devices and so far has 0 issues. I would highly recommend this product for its price and versatility.

TRASH

It literally says in the description under “voice” that it works with Apple home. But guess what, it’s a lie. Because it’s not until you get it home and find out it only works with that Google crap. I’m sorry but if I wanted my home tech hacked, I would go with Google. But I’ll keep my security and privacy with Apple.
