These are ideal for our ceiling fans; it's one of the listed uses, meaning they can withstand the modest vibration of fan installations. The package I bought doesn't say anything about being "Dimmable" as pictured here, but I have used similar bulbs in light fixtures with dimmer switches in the past. Replacement Bulbs
I did have a broken bulb in the package that I will return for a refund or replacement but the bulbs are just what I wanted and have used before in the past. I suspect the recent massive product relocations taking place in the store that I frequent is the reason for the damaged merchandise. This continues to be my store of choice..

These are also dimmers
I still have a dinning room light that uses dimmers. The outside of the package does not say it, but these bulbs are also dimmers. So, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.

Decent bulbs for the price.
They light well but don’t last very long. I will note, our bulbs do go out frequently in our house. I guess it could be the wiring, but the house is pretty new, so there shouldn’t be any problems.

Works for my lamp
I purchased a lamp at a yard sale and and tried a regular light bulb. The lamp did not work and I was worried that I bought a broken lamp. I looked closely at a sticker on the lamp and saw that it required a "B" rated bulb, so I bought these and it works perfectly. This is a nice specialty bulb.
