Disappointed

Would Not Recommend

I purchased two of these air conditioners to help cool our son’s third floor bedrooms during summer heatwaves. They have been a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t purchase recommend these for anything bigger than a small bathroom. They are more trouble to install than they are worth and they certainly aren’t quiet. I was very hopeful but now I’m just Hot!

worst air conditioner ever had

Bought this in 2025 and hardly used it. It never really kicked out cool air like it should and by the first week it became super loud. We put it up the second year and can't run it because the coils keep icing up. Don't waste your money!

Control panel goes out

Second unit because first unit the control panel went out and would randomly change settings.; temp, fan, cooling, etc. Second unit is now doing the same thing. Control panel is not a part that can be purchased to repair so get the extra warranty.

Failed in 3 years

Would Not Recommend

Like many other reviews, this unit did not last. Thinks progressively got worse as each summer occurred: unit wasn't as quiet, unit did not produce cold air as well, and finally, the compressor is not reliably turning on. This is my second one. The first one was similar. I can't say there will be a third one. It was great for the first summer, but now it's destined to be scrapped.
