I received a shock from the level arm when I tried to turn it on. upon closer inspection, wires 1-4 on the plug were actually installed 4-1. this swapped ground and line voltage, electrifying the ice maker body. I have a compatible fridge and followed the instructions. i could have died!

The ice cubes are larger with this maker and it makes the cubes faster than our old one.
