What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the air conditioner for powerful, rapid cooling even in large spaces, with many highlighting quiet operation on lower settings and convenient smart features like WiFi app control and Eco mode. The 12,000 BTU model efficiently handles intended spaces, and reviewers frequently report it provided critical relief during heat waves. Many customers express strong loyalty, noting they own multiple units spanning 7-10 years of reliable use. A few mention noise on high settings or missing room temperature displays, but these isolated concerns barely diminish the exceptional overall satisfaction and strong recommendation across reviews.

A bit slow

I bought the air conditioner but ended up waiting about 20 minutes before having to go in the store to only have to wait longer.

Freezing cold air conditioner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I love our new window unit. Keep s our bedroom cold and comfy. We wore out a 8,000 Frigidaire window unit and replaced it with this one. The last one was great but this one is exceptional!

Great A/C unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m surprised with the unit, replaced a 18000 btu Frigidaire with this one and given the 18000 btu was 10 yrs old this one seems to cool better than the old one.

Bad quality control

Would Not Recommend

The ac unit itself works as it should. But it is extremely loud way louder then what the website says( 77db on the lowest settings.)It also took me buying three different units. To get one the was not damaged to the point not working. The third one still dented all over but worked fine.
