Curbside pick up ignored
after about 20 minutes parking in curbside parking and picking the parking spot online on the app, I decided to go inside to see what the problem was. Finally I found a customer service person that said they were short handed but she would print the paperwork and I could drive around and pick it up in the back because they had no one to go back and get it... What a joke

Looks Nice / Arrived Broken
The outside frame did look nice and I assume it would have done the job but the base insert arrived broken so I had to return. Can't believe it's $200+ but is what it is I guess??

This product is cheaply made. I highly recommend purchasing another brand. The metal exhaust duct and bottom mounting rail are ok. However, the provided screws which are supposred to attach the plastic 27 inch front range assembly would not screw into the wood. In order to secure the front frame assembly, two side pieces of wood had to be cut to size. Poorly planned attachment.

Sent me wrong item and nobody noticed.
I waited an extra week for this to be delivered and staff at Lowes Salinas was kind in trying to help; except for the manager; she is quite rude. In the end, it finally came in, I picked up and tried to install only to discover it was not the right size. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Had to spend extra time to return in and ordered correct item elsewhere.

I wasn’t sure about going with the built in look for my microwave, but I’m glad I did. This trim piece fit perfectly into our space, was easy to install, and really elevated the look of the microwave! I would recommend this trim kit to anyone!
