Life saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our AC went out in the middle of August. It was 100+ degrees with the humidity. This 12,000BTU unit has kept us cool and at home. Without it we would have had to stay somewhere else while our AC unit was being repaired. 2 weeks we were without AC. Thank goodness for this window unit!!!

The replacement unit is at least as good the old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't normally get to use the warranty but we had the extended warranty on the old one and died on the last possible month for a replacement. the new one looks like its supposed to have wifi but it doesn't and that's a plus.

Pretty good so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up and have not turned off since it was received. No issues. Quiet and cooling bedroom and bathroom with 2 walk-in closets..
